location: the hotel was just off a convenience store and gas station next door, cooperstown, new york and eateries and other amenities. the room was neat, cozy, with comfortable beds.

The room was neat and featured an air conditioning, a writing table, and a chair. There was an exceptionally comfortable bed and a large bathroom. We were met by competent, super-friendly personnel. the location was good, on the lake, in the rural area.

The Village Motel was a perfect place for a quaint and affordable stay. The room was clean and had a mini-fridge, while the bed was more comfortable than many 4-star hotels. The nearby gas station was very convenient for snacks and there were plenty of antique shops and museums within a 10-15 mile radius. Although the daylight shone through the windows early in the morning, this was a minor setback. I would recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and nostalgic stay.
